Psychotherapist and Clinical Psychologist in private practice, with a relational focus. I work with particular attention to the quality of relationships and to how relational difficulties shape emotional well-being.
In my practice, I offer individual, couple, and group therapy sessions to support people through moments of crisis, transformation, and self-reflection.
I also collaborate withnDi.Te. (National Association for Technology Addictions, GAP, and Cyberbullying) addressing issues related to new forms of addiction and the impact of technology on everyday life.
I work on prevention and clinical intervention projects targeting the dysfunctional use of technology, a crucial issue today, where artificial intelligence is helping to transform relationships, fostering even more risky forms of isolation.

My educational background weaves together different disciplines, from Political Science to Psychology, and is enriched by my corporate experience in the digital field, with the aim of continuously developing and deepening clinical and relational competencies.
At the centre of my interest are daily relationships, in the family, at school, at work, as privileged spaces for growth and transformation.
